This blog was created by Professor Mostapha Lemtouki. He is a physical education and sports teacher, a graduate of the Regional Center for Education and Training, and holds a diploma in sports training and a diploma in general physical conditioning. 

The Weight Loss Meal Plans Hub Blog was launched in January 2026 and began publishing its articles on Blogger, a free platform from Google for publishing articles and blogs. It is indexed by search engines after meeting the basic requirements for acceptance in the publishing and indexing system adopted by many search engines.
